Shipping and delivery policy

  • In most cases orders will ship the next business day, Monday-Friday.
  • We ship with Federal Express and USPS Priority within the continental US. Please Note: we no longer offer USPS First Class Mail service. If the package gets lost we have no recourse with the postal service to recoup the part or costs.
  • Our prices do not include handling fees, they will be added on at the end of your purchase. We do this to keep our prices as low as possible you,our valued customer, both local and across the country.
  • Time in transit varies between 3-5 days for smaller packages, large items shipped via a freight company may take up to 10 days to arrive.
  • When selecting expedited shipping methods, please keep in mind that we will make every effort to ship orders the same day they are made, however, depending on the time the order is placed it may not ship until the following day. Additionally, UPS does not include weekends or holidays on their guaranteed delivery service, so if for example you placed an order on a Friday morning and selected "next day air", you would not receive your order until Monday.

  • Currently serving the Continental US, Canada and most countries that Federal Express will ship to.

Damaged shipment

  • Please inspect your package upon receipt, if there is any visible damage you should refuse the order and contact us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to re-ship your order or cancel it upon your request.

Standard return policy

  • General merchandise return requests will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please email sales2@mhparts.comfor instructions.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and be in sellable condition.
  • Returned merchandise must be shipped pre-paid
  • A full refund for the original cost of the merchandise (less shipping) will be issued once we have received and inspected the merchandise for any damage.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on electrical parts or components

If there is any error in the order you received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may correct the issue.
