I was a little worried that the two locksets would not be "keyed alike", but the owner sent me an email and stated he shipped it himself, that is what I call customer service. I will buy from this company again.
Also, after reading how the family started the business I was impressed with how hard they worked to achieve where they are today, even the wife does the work of a man.
Many companies should learn from them, it is not just a purchase or delivery of an item, but customer service is the most important.
I wish I lived closer, so I would be able to contract their services.
